How It Works

1. You bring it

Submit your cracked iPhone below. In Miami we send drop-off instructions by text or email. Anywhere else in the U.S., you can mail it in.

2. We fix it

We email you a proposal with the full breakdown: repair cost, what we expect it to sell for, an as-is cash offer, and what you would receive. You choose, and sign only if you accept.

3. We sell it

We have 30 days to sell it. When it sells, you get your share of the profit after the cost of parts.

How is the profit split decided?

You will see the exact split in your proposal before you sign anything. Net Proceeds are the sale price minus the cost of the parts used, split between you and Fix Lab, and round-trip shipping is deducted from your share.

What kind of damage qualifies?

Cracked screens and shattered back glass are the most common. Send your model, a description and photos, and we will tell you if it is a fit.

Can I mail my iPhone in?

Yes. Customers anywhere in the U.S. can mail it in once we send instructions. In Miami we send drop-off instructions by text or email.

Should I just get it repaired instead?

If you plan to keep the phone, a repair is the better choice. See our iPhone repair page for current pricing.

Can I sell a broken iPhone instead of repairing it?

Yes. Depending on the phone, we can offer to buy it as-is for a flat price, or repair it and sell it for you and split the profit. You choose in your proposal.

What does my iPhone need to qualify?

It should be unlocked, free of any balance owed, and removed from your Apple ID (Find My turned off) so the next owner can use it. We confirm the details in your proposal.
