Our warranty ONLY covers workmanship and parts — issues that are directly caused by or associated with the original repair (examples: bubbles under the screen, a lifting screen).
If the device was dropped, scratched, or otherwise damaged after the repair, it is not covered — NO EXCEPTIONS.
If your screen was dropped after the repair and is showing lines, flickering, or black spots/bleeding, these are not covered, since these issues are caused by hits or drops.
I have read and understand what is and is not covered under Fix Lab's warranty.
I confirm this issue was not caused by a drop, scratch, or damage after the original repair.
