Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Free changes up to 2 hours before your appointment. Reschedule or cancel your appointment online with no fee. Within 2 hours of your appointment time, the online link locks. To make a change, contact us. A late-change fee may apply.
Cancellation fee. If you cancel your order, a $25 cancellation fee applies to cover our technician's time and travel. It is deducted from any refund.
Special-order parts. Once a special-order part has been ordered for your repair, it is not refundable. If your device was not repaired, any refund is issued minus the cost of the replacement part.
Refund timing. Once a refund is approved, it takes 14 to 21 days to complete.
