How It Works

Choose your device category and select your model from the available options. Pricing will automatically update based on your selection.

Complete Checkout

During checkout, select your repair type, choose your preferred service type, and enter your contact information.

Available service options include Mail-In Service, Local Onsite Service, and Local Pickup & Delivery. Pricing will automatically update based on the repair and service options selected.

Submit Payment

Once everything looks correct, complete your payment securely through PayPal. After payment is received, your repair order will be submitted automatically.

Receive Confirmation & Instructions

After your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and any additional instructions required for your selected service type.

Mail-In

Mail-In Service

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending their device to Fix Lab. Fix Lab does not provide prepaid inbound shipping labels.

Once your repair is completed, Fix Lab will provide free return shipping back to you. A tracking number will be emailed once your repair is completed and your device has shipped.

Detailed packaging, shipping, and mailing instructions will be included in your order confirmation email.

Local

Onsite / Pickup & Delivery

For Local Onsite Service, a Fix Lab technician will come to your location at your scheduled appointment time. We will contact you if any scheduling adjustments are required.

For Local Pickup & Delivery, we will coordinate pickup and delivery based on your selected appointment preferences and service availability.
